SATURDAY

S - So it is Saturday today -
A - Are you ready to make it a day of living?
T - Take a deep breath and then open your eyes,
U - Under the sun and under the skies
R - Right there before you, things are happening.
D - Do not miss out but live every moment,
A - And rememeber to be fully present in each moment
Y - You will be glad as it will make everyone's day become brighter!

How do I know? Yesterday I was just present in the moment where I was and a person walked into the room and we recognized each other from one previous brief meeting. And after we greeted ech other she said it had completely changed her day just because I was there - present. Many times we are present physically but not mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. F - For whatever is it is worth
R - Rally now and join the new beginnings.
I - It is called 'beginning each moment with a new smile.'
D - Do not ever forget that each one of us is responsible,
A - Always adding our influence wherever we may go;
