MONDAY

M - Maybe today is one of those days that you rather not face;
O - Open doors or windows seem only to face a storm.
N - No one goes through life without any pain,
D - Doubt, troubles, loss - one wonders what there is to gain.
A - Again one must turn eyes up to the heavens -
Y - Yielded alone to the Spirit of God - therein will lie greatest
gain.

I know some here on the stream are going through some struggles at this time; many of you are in my thoughts and prayers on a daily basis. I too am grieving a loss with our son and his wife as their very dear friends lost a 11 week old daughter to SIDS this weekend (that is two weeks younger than our grand daughter); pray for this couple and there two young children - 19 months and 4 years - mom especially is heartbroken.

S - Sail on through this Sunday with the Spirit,
U - Unwrap all the tangles of the week past;
N - New waters are waiting to be explored.
D - Dare to change the course;
A - Allow the Spirit to give wind to your sail,
Y - Your adventure then, will bring you much joy!

Sailing to that land beyond the blue,
Sailing with my best friend 'tis true,

SATURDAY

S - Soar in the clouds,
A - Amidst the presence of the Spirit;
T - Trusting that you will be uplifted,
U - Useful to those you meet today.
R - Rise above the struggles of the day,
D - Do not let them drag you down along the way;
A - Always remember to keep your focus upwards and outwards -
Y - Yielded to the wind of the Spirit 'neath the wings of your soul!

FRIDAY

F - Forward life moves from day to day,
R - Revolving round activities mundane,so-so, or envigorating;
I - Involvement may be active or passive,
D - Do not however let opportunity pass you by.
A - Actively join in and live the moment to the fullest,
Y - You will be really glad that you did!

THURSADY:

T - Tis a day of toil;
H - Heavy work leading onward to happiness.
U - Untold secrets lie within the earth;
R - Rooted there from years of growing;
S - Stirred now to life by the sun.
D - Do you wonder what life may be stirring,
A - Alive, yet maybe unnutured, with your inner being?
Y - You alone have the power to let the Son bring it to life!

May you be refreshed today and encouraged to begin to let the new seeds of change and beauty grow within you to share with the world around you. It may take some toil but it will be worth it! June
