MIRACLES ON MONDAY

M - Many miracles and wonders abound;
O - Open doors and windows with blessings unbound;
N - Newness and freshness they bring as
D - Down on one's pathway they float as with wings.
A - Always be on the watch, for at times they will be -
Y - Yes, they will be in the most unexpected places; you will see!

Ice Cream - you bet; unexpected miracle - you bet; Cold Stone Ice Cream Shop - you bet; the young man who served up our lovely Berry, Berry Berry Good sundae hand mixed in waffle bowls said to the cashier - that tab is on me. We had never met this young man before; we do frequent this shop from time to time; we were totally flabbergasted(whatever that means); saying thankyou and thankyou; as we were then sitting outside and enjoying our treat he left work for the night and greeted us with God bless you as he walked out to his car. Join us in praying a special blessing on Zack today and may you find a miracle of blessing on your pathway this week. june

This is my song post for tonight as we have church tonight; blessings and I trust that all will have a great day tomorrow. I plan to do an Easter Morning post tomorrow as well. And I will be visiting around tomorrow afternoon.

THE SHADOW OF THE CROSS

T - The tumult of the world around me,
H - Holds such emptiness and noise,
E - Everything clamors at me - but emptiness remains.

S - Shadows there are upon my path,
H - Hiding the sunlight
A - And bringing a sadness.
D - Dare I take another step,
O - Open yet another door,
W - What is life really for?

O - On this path - what is it that I see?
F - Far down the way - ah - a cross.

T - To that cross I am drawn;
H - Here I bow my knee in reverence and awe,
E - Entering into a warm, sacred presence.

C - "Come here, my child;
R - Rest a moment and be refreshed with new life;
O - On this day you have received new birth.
S - So now go and live your life empowered,
S - Shadowed by the presence of my cross," Jesus says.

A - Ask Him for His presence,
Y - Yielded walk within His way.

Needed something to lighten and brighten my day; a bit draggy here; had a bit of a flu bug yesterday so was slowed down a bit.

THURSDAY

T - Trudging along the road of life,
H - Hoping to make an improvement along the way,
U - Understanding that all may not appreciate it every day.
R - Realms there are to explore,
S - Some are more intriguing than others;
D - Doubtless, some days are dark and slow,
A - As well as some that are exciting and fast,
Y - Yet each day needs to be lived; another opportunity there may not be.
