MONDAY

M - Moving right along in the path of life,
O - Opportunites are awaiting along the way.
N - New and waiting opportunites are what life is all about;
D - Delving in and making the most of each is the challenge.
A - Along my path this morning an opportunity arose, it slowed my pace a bit -
Y - Yet it began my day with a blessing and a challenge to live! How about you today?

As Rusty and I were walking we met a boy on his way to school. He asked if he could pet Rusty and Rusty is always ready for some love - then the boy asked if he could walk to school with us today? Never met before; we picked up two of his friends on the way - had I planned to go past the school- well not sure - but did I? Yes, we walked those boys to school and chatted; two of them struggled with English but it was fun. When I left the first boy wanted to know if we would come by his way again. Reach out and touch the opportunites along your path today even if it mean a different corner or two - you will be glad you did. Blessings, June

SUNDAY

S - Sunday shines bright and wonderful in my life,
U - Unexpected blessings along with a burden or two may arise.
N - Never does one know what God may have planned -
D - Doing His bidding however is in one's best interest.
A - Are you struggling today? Are you rejoicing today?
Y - You can take a moment and look about and likely you will see someone who can use a bit of help; and as you reach out to help - you will find the sun is actually shining a bit brighter in your corner as well. Blessings on your day.

SATURDAY

S - Somehow we need a sense of serenity,
A - Along our pathway day by day.
T - Too often we are caught up in the frenzy,
U - Urging us to run here and there, as if our life depended on it.
R - Relax, take a moment, close your eyes, rest.
D - Drink a relaxing cup of tea,
A - Allow the presence of the Spirit from above to touch your spirit -
Y - Yield, rest, wait - in the stillness wait...........

FRIDAY

F - For some this day may bring some struggles,
R - Right now you feel like all is for naught;
I - Into your inner spirit you may need to go,
D - Daring to sit quietly with the Spirit of God above.
A - As you take this moment alone may you find the peace you once had,
Y - Yet again you then will walk with pleasure into the weekend before you.


May you find your spirit uplifted and blessed as you take a moment here to relax and allow yourself to be healed and refreshed. Love to all, June

THURSDAY

T - Tramping and marching right along and soon -
H - 'Hello'- we will be through another week!
U - Unknown to many before, now their world is forever changed;
R - Remembrances remain - for some filled with sadness and others with gladness.
S - Share and touch another with your presence;
D - Dare to share yourself,
A - Allowing your spirit to share the pain,
Y - Yet knowing the walk will never be the same again.
