M - Many times as one begins another work week
O - Obstacles like tiredness, new jobs and deadlines
N - Nag away at one's attitude.
D - Did you ever stop to think
A - About all who may wish they had a job or security of one kind or another in life?
Y - You may really have something to be thankful for even as boring or as dreary as it may seem day after day and week after week. Take a moment to say thanks today for today even if it is Monday!

S - Sunday could rightly be called 'Son day,'
U - Ultimately many choose this day to attend a church of choice.
N - Not always do we think of how important it is,
D - Doing this to care for our spirit within.
A - Attitude lived out each day is often a reflection of how
Y - Yielded we are to the Son who we claim to worship and follow on Sunday.

S – So thought it may be a day when one needs to cool off;
A – And what better way then in the rain!
T – Today some may find themselves drenched
U – Under water from rain, a swim or sweat!
R – Relish the thought that you are alive,

A – Accomplishing whatever is at your hand to do,
Y – Yielding to the moment with thanksgiving as you do!
