F - For some the future is an adventure; to others a bit uncertain.

Y - Yet when one walks in the Spirit's presence there can be hope of some kind no matter what the situation.

THURSDAY

T - Trailing along through the week,
H - Hurrying here and hurrying there
U - Until one is ready to drop or actually drops.
R - Reality from the turtle's point of view
S - Surely encourages one to slow the pace and enjoy the race.
D - Do you need to stop and reflect a bit?
A - And keep saying, 'In just a bit I will sit,
Y - Yet never take the time?' Take a moment break, enjoy the space around you and be blessed, June

AUGUST - A Month to begin Harvest

A - Are you ready for the harvest?
U - Up hill, forward, day after day hard work greets the morn.
G - Grain waving ever so golden, fruit trees heavy and some also golden.
U - Urgent is the call at times to reap before the storm and the rain.
S - Sweet corn, peaches, pears, tomatoes, wheat, barley and oats;
T - 'Tis also a time of attitude testing as the pressures press and the heat brings distress; so rise to the harvest and be blessed with an abundant crop of produce as well as character building qualities.

Have a wonderful beginning to another new month in 2007! Blessings to all and here is a picture of another plant blooming in my front yard - the lantana. june

TUESDAY

T - This is the first bloom on this Mexican Bird of Paradise;
U - Utter beauty they display with such intricate blossoms.
E - Even as one can enjoy this beautiful blossom,
S - So one should enjoy the beauty of all forms of life.
D - Developing a wonder, displaying beauty, daring to notice,
A - And in general living the day to the fullest.
Y - You are an individual intricately created to share a special uniqueness with the world around you - bloom today!

I was so excited with this bloom last week I just had to take the picture. Wouldn't you know that it would be the last of all my plants in the front to sport its bloom? I believe there is a lesson of patience as well as enjoy what is blooming and giving color!
