SATURDAY NIGHT SING

S – Steadily walking within the presence of the Spirit;
A – Awaiting a touch from God’s Hand;
T – Today may be just the day
U – Unlimited blessings will flow.
R – Rally with praise to your Creator,
D – Dance in His presence with joy.
A – Angel voices will join in the chorus
Y – Yielding an atmosphere of worship and praise.

I know I have not been around much. I fell Tuesday morning and spent the next three days either having x-rays or at the doctor. The conclusion is a fractured vertebrae in my lower back. I could choose to have a balloon inserted in the vertebrae to take care of the pain while it heals or I can choose to take it easy and take meds. I opted for the meds at this point although at times the pain is rather uncomfortable. So if I am not posting or commenting it is because my brain is fuzzy or I just do not have the energy. Thanks for all your concerns and prayers already.

THURDAY TEMPO

T - Throughout one's life there are encougments and discouragments;
H - How one faces them enables one to grow.
U - Understanding may not alway come immediately, and may not come at all.
R - Rally around;
D - Dress with prayer;
A - And you truly be surprised at the wonders
Y - You will see especially when life slows you down.

Friends on the stream - not sure how much I will be posting in the next few days; nor how much visiting to your sites. Was to the dr. yesterday and had 6 x-rays; back for a CT scan today and to the doctor tomorrow. The meds I am on really cause me to think rather fuzzy.

OCTOBER

O - Over the hills, through the valleys
C - Comes a cascade of colors
T - Tumbling along to decorate the world.
O - Opportuinites arise
B - Bringing with them colorful surprises as well.
E - Excitement abounds with the colorful, dancing, falling leaves,
R - Run, relish, relax - receive the gift as it comes your way.

Have a wonderful day. I took a tumble this morning on my walk so not sure if I will be sitting at the computer much today; too early to tell yet how I will feel. June

SUNDAY

S - Sometimes one wonders when the sun will break through;
U - Unending seems the darkness whether limited or deep.
N - Not wanting to succumb yet wondering where there is some light -
D - Dare one hope for a ray and then receive an explosion!
A - Ask and you shall receive is the promise -
Y - Yes, the Son will come with fullness scattering the darkness away!

This comes from the heart; illness was knocking continually at my door this week and last night the darkness felt overwhelming and deep. Only a good night's rest was my prayer as I went early to bed to awaken this morning after sleeping the whole long night through. And with wonder and joy I exclaimed to my hubby - given the past week I feel like a million dollars; yes, so brand new!!!! What praises to you have to give today? And this is why I have been sort of absent the last couple of days -
Thanks you for the prayers for our granddaughter and her mom; they have been doing okay. Ellie is being very cooperative at this point. Thank you God for hearing all our prayers.
