FRIDAY

F - Fluttering through the air
R - Round and round,tumbling down
I - Intent on decorating the world with the beauty of colors.
D - Dance among the leaves, crunch them in delight,
A - And let your senses be invigorated.
Y - You will feel refreshed and blessed!

As I contemplate upon the beauty of the fall season the colors are what tickle my senses the most. Say a prayer of thanks for the opportunity God has given you to be able to not only see things but to see things in color so vividly. Blessings on your weekend - June

WEDNESDAY

W - Wonder what carries you through the day?
E - Exercise in many different ways.
D - Do a bit of reading to exercise the brain;
N - Now a little walking to exercise the muscles;
E - Energize the body with some deep breaths of relaxation;
S - Surrounding yourself with the wonder of God's presence.
D - Do not for one minute take wellness for granted;
A - Attitudes like that lead one into struggles of many kinds.
Y - Yes, appreciation and exercise of our complete body is needed to kep a healthy perspective in life.

Just a note; I am feeling much more like myself; still several weeks until the vetebrae will be healed completely so will have to moniter my activity a bit. Thanks you to everyone who has prayed for me. May God continue to bless us all here on the stream with His presence, June

TUESDAY

T - Troubled and tired?
U - Uneasy and unfulfilled?
E - Edgy and empty?
S - Sorrowful and sad?
A - Able or unable to focus?
Y - Yes, one at times is overwhelmed with one or more of these tests. They may be consequences of a choice one has made or something totally our of one's control. The important factor is to keep one's eyes focused on God all the time.

I found this writing and felt that it was so true; and even the last few days I myself have struggled with a proper focus. May you find your day blessed as you focus on God at all times - that is my goal for today - June

MONDAY

M - Making every minute count,
O - Outpouring freely of one's love;
N - Nurturing and sometimes nursing;
D - Daring to reach out with a helping hand.
A - A word, a prayer, a touch or a smile; one and all go the extra mile;
Y - You then can be a day maker for yourself and others as well.

This is written in love and thanksgiving to each and every one who has given of their self in some way to me or my family in the past ten days. Our little grand daughter Ellie is doing well; the doctor released her from inactivity already last Tuesday as the healing was progressing so well. So she is moving about even if she has an obstacle on her leg so to speak.
I am recovering I think; it has been a long time since I have literally had to take one day at a time or even one hour at a time not knowing exactly what will crop up. Yesterday as I read Psalm 91 I was reminded of God's love and care for me if I remain trusting Him in all things. I am not aiming to walk on water but just to walk freely again without pain would be good. Be blessed and thanks so much for everything, june
