D - Does one feed on trash, garbage, or good wholesome nutritional food physically, mentally and spiritually?
A - Also abuse of one's own self in not resting and maintaining balance makes one old, stale and lifeless.
Y - You have a choice today - to add beauty and color to the world around you as this flower or __________?

Well I am off to 'The Farm' where I took this picture last spring to have a retreat day to put some freshness into my mental and spiritual life.
