T - Today is looking forward to sweetness;

A - Are hoping for an acknowledgement of the importance of their presence even if
Y - You only have to take a moment for a phone call, email, or hug; why not surprise some and begin today?!

MONDAY
M - Maybe you feel a bit stuck by a fence as you begin the week,
O - Or maybe you feel stuck under the fence and wondering if you will ever get out.
N - Now there is the thought - what or who caused the fence to be in this place?
D - Do you know how it may be removed and if so, do you care to make the effort to do so?
A - Again it is one's attitude that makes the difference.
Y - Yes, each of us has a choice to begin the week thinking of all the possibilities or thinking of all the problems - the choice is for each one to make.

May the puppies under this fence cause you to smile and maybe see that there is a possibility for release and freedom once again! Blessings, June

SATURDAY
S - So how has the week been for you?
A - Although it has had its ups and downs,
T - Toiling hard and tests all around,
U - Ultimately you made it through so
R - Rally, rest and enjoy the day all through.
D - Dare you kick up your feet and dance a step or two,
A - As I sure am tempted to do with this tune so true;
Y - You may even find a bit of pep is left in your step!!

Just be patient - it is okay!!!!


This is a collage of my life made from trash - some that I found in my car, some that I found on the grounds where we did this, and some that was all thrown together as we spent time thinking about who we are and how we have gotten where we are. The only thing I intentionally brought was the red stone in the middle and that was for the meditative exercise that we did in the morning. As I have looked at this picture over the last few days it is developing a beauty - and I am reminded that God takes whatever we give to Him after we have usually messed up our lives and He makessomething beautiful of it. God makes a treasure of us after we make trash out of it.

THURSDAY
T - Today you may feel like things are just trashy;
H - However the Spirit has a different idea.
U - Ultimately it means
R - Releasing yourself and all around you,
S - Surrendering what is all seemingly broken and useless to Him.
D - Doubtless it is scary
A - And one wonders how it will unfold -
Y - Yet you will be surprised at the change He can make turning trash into treasure right before your eyes.



This is the center - a broken heart by all the things that tried to coil around it - cutting and squeazing it.





The doce carries peace as most you enter our home find it a haven of peace and comment on that all the time about the peace. And then the picture of a home - with the ray of light through the window. The braid I made is five strands - each of our sons, hubby and I with the red strand of the Spirit living with us.
